What Time is Check-in?
Check-in time for all our apartments is between 3pm - 8pm. After 8pm keys and directions to your apartment will be available from Byers Close on the Royal Mile, right next door to the Marchbrae store and you must contact us for further information.
Where do we pick up our keys?
Our office is at 375 High Street, Edinburgh with Marchbrae Edinburgh a clothing store. This is directly opposite Parliament Square and St Giles Cathedral.
What Time is Check-out?
Check-out time for our apartments is 11am. A late check-out up to 1pm can be arranged, please enquire.
What if we are early, can we leave our bags somewhere?
If you arrive early you can leave your bags at our store Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street until we are able to check you into your apartment.
What is your cancellation policy?
30 days prior to your arrival date we charge only £25.00 which is deducted from your deposit and balance refunded to you, between 14 and 30 days the deposit is not refunded and from 14 days to arrival the full amount will be payable.

For visitors checking into St. Giles Apartments, Advocates Apartments, Nicolson Apartments & Holyrood Apartments please go to Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street, Royal Mile, Edinburgh where a member of our staff will meet you and take you to your apartment.
