Listed below are the questions which we find are most often asked before a guest checks in. If you need to know anything that is not on this list please feel free to contact us directly.
Where Can I Park?
Parking is not provided with your apartment. For apartments on Drummond Street and West Nicolson Street, the nearest parking is on Nicolson Square, EH8 9BH. The nearest NCP car park is St Johns Hill, EH3 9GD. For the Quartermile apartments there is a NCP car park in the complex.
When Can I Check In?
Check in is from 3pm to 7pm, You can collect your keys from our main office on 375 High Street.
When Can I Check Out?
Check-out is at 11am but we can extend this for an extra £10 per hour up to 1pm.
Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage?
Our guests are welcome to leave luggage at our office before check-in and after check-out up until 6:30 pm.
When is your office open?
Our office is open daily from 9:30 a.m. (10 a.m. on a Sunday)
What is your cancellation policy?
We have two cancellation policies so you can select the most suitable for you.
Advanced Purchase Rate
This rate offers a discount for pre-payment. It is 100% pre-paid at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. No cancellations or changes are available on this rate type.
This rate is 50% pre-paid at the time of booking. If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date we charge only £10 which is deducted from your deposit refund. Between 14 and 30 days the deposit is not refunded and within 14 days the full amount will be payable.
